***i was short on time today and may do heavy tris on monday but still killed it. 675 looked stronger that the 655. but a good way to get some heavy weight in my hands though. 1035 on shrugs was easier this week and rows were easier this week too. i guess things felt easier this week after reverse band deads. it was a good session...wish i had done more but got up later than i should and had to work afterwards...here are some updated pics...bw 330ish...
