***tonites session was awesome. squats felt better and stronger. weights didn't feel heavy to me which felt good. last week i did 500 for 5 and this week...495 for 6. progress! kept stable on the stance, spreaded the knees, and kept the elbows up. still need to work on these things though but squatting is gettin stronger. i fuckin love it. james hinson jr has been doin banded leg presses and decided to do some myself and they are a keeper for sure. probably will use more band tension though. workout was done in 2hrs. lookin foward to benchin and utilizing what i think is missing from my bench...we will see...
