***squats probably looked like shit tonite so a lot of work needs be done. they were deep nonetheless..deeper than they have been in a while and i will work on them even more so. never had 495 felt soo easy after doin band work. worked up to 515(820 at top) on raw squats with no knee wraps. when i repped 495, i felt i could of done 10 reps with it at least. months before i couldn't do past 5 or 6. this is progress that motivates me. now onward to bench...
