***training is picking up some fuckin steam. managed to get 585 on speed pulls in 1 sec which i hadn't be able to do...now its time to get them faster. rows went up and shrugs are slowly goin up as well. all squats save the 545 was deep. next week i start using wraps since its down to the last 4 weeks before the meet. this bulgarian loading though is fuckin hell but i like it and juggling the cadence of some of the assistance work(one set slow and one set fast) is defintely workin no doubt. bench is making huge progress. last week 365 for 13...this week...375 for 13. i thought my speed was slow benchin but on camera is a different story. hit some heavy flyes for my bro, dave and got in 2 sets of 3 with 405 on CG bench. i'm getting hungrier every week and can't wait for this meet.
