***training is picking up speed but its coming close to finally returning to the platform..i can't fuckin weight. bench was faster this week as well as deads and squats were deeper this week. even though all of this would make most people comfortable...this just makes me hungrier than ever. chaos training has been working very well. goin solo again for now. gotta focus on these next few weeks of training and the last week of this month will be focused on gettin openers for this meet. i'm goin to open with 650 on squats(w/ wraps), 455 on bench and 650 on deads. i'm really excited more than ever...below here is a progress from january to now...6 months total on chaos training...
